Poverty is a consistent partner of a large portion of the individuals of Bangladesh because of some particular explanations behind which the rich are winding up progressively rich and the poor are getting to be more unfortunate. Political instability is another cause of Poverty. However, it is a matter of great pleasure that the present government is trying best to remove corruption. So, the government itself can’t remove poverty from the society. Because maximum people’s support is necessary. Therefore, the role of NGO’s is inevitable for the planned development of any country.
We can identify those dropouts who has the potential to serve as full-time teachers to children from low-income communities in some of the nation’s most under-resourced schools. Through this experience of teaching in classrooms and working with key education stakeholders like students, principals, and parents, our Fellows get exposed to the grassroots realities of Bangladesh’s education system and begin to cultivate the knowledge, skills, and mindsets necessary to attain positions of leadership in the education system and identify their role in building a larger movement for equity in education. In the long run, we draw in these pioneers, our Alumni, and bolster this developing network to advocate for change. Our Alumni will work in various jobs inside the instruction division, as educators, instructor mentors, school principals, educational program fashioners, and training approach specialists, just as in the environment encompassing and supporting the training part, as columnists, legal advisors, wellbeing specialists, business people, and corporate pioneers, all with a mutual reason to manufacture an expansive people's development for instructive value that will quicken progress towards that day when all youngsters in India have the chance to achieve brilliant instruction so we, as a country, can locate our light and our actual potential.
